There's a great working steam train that runs between Stettler & Big Valley on the Alberta prairies! I wanted to capture the spirit of the times and tell a fun little story at the same time. My models, Andrew & Lacey, played their parts beautifully and had a little dress up fun at the same time!

Ever seen photos of food on a restaurant menu that made your mouth water... and then found that the food didn't look half as appetising in real life as it did in the photo? This portfolio has some tummy tempter's, so proceed with caution! There's also a couple of unedible still life images for your visual enjoyment.

I have had the privelege of numerous shoots with the extremely talented model & actress, Lon Teija. She is the living epitomy of the perfect shot!

Stills taken on the set of the short film "High Fashion" by Fehraz Films. This shoot was a great experience. The set was essentially black & white (absolute opposites) splashed with colour from the most magnificant designer costumes. The tonal extremes under tungsten studio lights was a lighting challenge, but as you can see, a challenge well worth the results.

I've had the privelege of visiting the Kerala region of southern India a couple of times this year. India is a land of photographic images just waiting to be made! Some might say I went a bit camera mad - I took hundreds of images! As hard as it is to choose from that many images, here is a sampling of the people and places.

Photography is one of my passions... Aviation is the other. Whenever I get the opportunity, I love to make images of Wilbur & Orville's dreams come true!

When I make images of people, I try to capture something of their personality... in some way, tell something of their story. This collection includes both colour and black & white images, but I must say that b&w is my favourite medium for portraits - when you remove the colour you are left with the raw essence & character of the individual!

People are a fascinating collection of attitudes and experiences. In life, we form our impressions of people when we view their behaviours or actions. So too then, a good portrait includes some level of "action", however subtle, that allows us to form an impression.

The very nature of the artist is to see something that exists only in the mind and then turn it into something real (or at least plausable) in the medium in which they work.

Wedding photography is one of the most challenging ways for a photographer to make a living. You only have one chance to get it right and like the day... the results have to be perfect! When you bring all of the variables together on the day and make "Life's Little Moments... Last a Lifetime!" the sense of satisfaction is undescribable. Seeing words won't tell the story, you'll just have to look at the images yourself!
